decided to have a few hours on roker pier last night, fished 10pm til 2am. plenty decent whitings around 20 plus 1 flounder and 1 dab, most whitings kept kept as good eating size. no cod for me however the bloke next to me caught a pig 11lb 8oz he had to walk it to the steps as you could see it was just lipped. that was the only cod i saw caught. might be tempted out for a couple of hours tonight as our lass is on nightshift again.
