roker pier 24/6 first light - 7am

got in from work at 2-30am by the time i had a bath and a bite to eat it was 3-30am, checked the tide time, high water just after first light. i thought what the hell i'll give it a couple of hours down the pier.
not a great deal catching but did manage 7 macky and a few coalies and launce.
back off to work now, feeling a bit knackered but might do the same again in the morning !

Well done Mick-i work shifts but could,nt be bothered with any fishing-must be a sign of age.

Well done on catching mate; I was out on Blyth pier myself this morning - it was a cracking sunrise & was down to my t-shirt by about 5 am
