Roker pier (28/12/07)

Fished Roker Pier ( the barrier ) last night 18.00 till about 20.30. Had one small codling about 2lb on a rag/razor cocktail. Had a couple other bites but nothing came of them.

Bloke next to me had a few coalies on rag/mussel.

There was a some movement in the water but still desperate for big blow to bring the cod back in.

one of my mates said he caught a 4lb cod at the wall on roker pier last night and he said the bloke next to him caught a 4lb aswell

welldone m8 a codling of 2lb is a bonus the way its been fishing lately

good few days of northerly swells should send a few decent cod inshore
