Roker pier 4/2/14 PB cod

Well had a spur of the moment trip to roker with Neil (topsy) turner , having a couple of days off work and with blanking in the north v south and topsy blanking on Monday night we both had to redeem ourselves .
So a run Moonfleet for some worm and beauty's at that

First cast and a crack off , here we go I thought , so tied a new leader on and tried again second cast and a whitting over a pound happy days

Both of is catching canny whitting and I was using 3/0 pennell ha

Neil had a couple of small codling and I had a couple of small plaice , with the tide coming in strong we thought we'll give it a couple of last casts and on the second to last a PB for me 6lb 8oz owa the moon

Canny days fishing for a change and special thanx to topsy for hand balling my fish up , cheers mate

well pleased for yous.welldone on pb.makes fishing worth while sometimes.ps,sorry i didint interduce myself at n v s match,think something got in the way.does 3-0,sound good.
