[FISH4T]

fished next to bunker with brian j and his mate from 9 pm till 4 am.
nice sea running hoping for codling.

first i ended up with this 43cm (1lb 15oz) codling

then this place 33cm

and this dab 35cm

also ended up with a small tommy and on my last cast a 42cm codling

turned on to be a good night, bait used lug, rag, black and cart.

i think your plaice is a flounder.
flounder do have orange stops as well

Well done on the fish mate, nice to see the odd codling starting to show again.

Agree with Danny that defo looks like a Flounder to me as well.

Canny sesh mate. it makes a difference when you get a cod or 2. I'd put a big bet on that that's a flounder though.

well done 2 codlings is a really good session at the minute!! and ure plaice is a flounder mate. different shape different mouth and also the underside on a plaice is normally brighter white than flounders.
