So in effect the "no fishing" byelaw is in effect while the work is being carried out.

If the truth were to come out i bet this petition hit a nerve or two still it's going to be shut all summer this is when a ban on fishing will be on but the peir will be closed so fishing can not be done? anyway? more likely they did not like the petition what about getting petition to open up the south pier to pass holders we will pay for access it could and would be more income for sunderlands council pockets![]()
Salty you would have more chance of winning the lotto.i recon the only way you might ever get fishing on the dock,is if the ARC that had three development plans were to close the dock turn it into to leisure and housing then you might have a chance.the other two plans were to leave as a working port as is or do a 50/50 split which would be commercial/housing.
