At least it should clean the round head and neck end, after all the inconsiderate w*****s leave there rubbish and fish guts strewn all over the place. That, together, with the smell of urine, makes it so pleasant to fish on the pier this time of year......NOT.
Why will they never learn, but they can urinate into the sea, and also they can throw the guts into the sea.
The even more annoying fact is that its not just youngsters, but older people who should know better.
