With great plans of fishing Roker pier we first headed to paul1971 house to swap a headlamp for a box for my mate , then down to Roker .
A couple fishing the beach but the gates where locked , s##te
SSP it was then and we fished the brigade hut with a canny few already on but not doing , we fished til 9ish feeding only crabs , a couple of size codling on the end but nowt special so up to jarra for a couple of hours .
Nee body there so we gave it a try getting bites first chuck
Ended up with a 30cm whitting and a baby codling both returned to fight again , me mate rob had a blanko , we'll try again next week , have an important appointment on Sunday at 1.30
