can anyone help ?
is runnydown black lug ?
if so can anyone tell me how to prepare and freeze them please,
its a round trip of 200 mls every time we go fishing
and to have a supply of frozen stuff would be brill
they tell me that its like leather when prepared right ?
do i just squeeze their guts out and lay them on paper and freeze them ?
or can i salt them instead of freezing them
any help please

i do my own runnie down all you have to do i give them a tap on something hard then pull the inards out they freeze well and will be ok for a day or so wrapped in news paper and then put in a freeze bag

nip there head\'s off squzze there guts out then dust with bit sand from beach wrap 10 in newsparer /individualy as you wrap ad worm then freeze will last you till you need them. wrap them like sausage roll fold one in add worm fold ect.
