Well Done all who fished!

nice 1 gary m8 were u south end of beach or was that u at the 3rd groyne?? seen a few fish come in at the groyne m8 i was just south of peggies & managed 1 codling 3lb+ & 1 big whittie. nicky was fishing next 2 me then moved but dont know where he went, few of our lads were up south end & hitting big whitties.

Thanks lads, was hoping for one or two codlings but not expecting that! Thing was everyone either side of me seemed to struggle by comparison (except Kev lol!).....

Phil Smithson only two whiting

Aye Alan, he got one from either side of me, but I was in stealth-mode (headlamp off all the time;) )

I was down left of middle toilets mate, loads of people to my right but not many to the left until up towards the farm & meggies (till Phil parked up next door lol). Just a shame we finished early & didn't get to fish the flood, I'm sure I'd have got a few more as that's when the beach seems to have been fishing best of late.

Here's a photo of the bag (courtesy of Tony, as I hardly ever get a photo of my catches!)....
