sallopetes padded any recommendations for 50quid local if possible.

Have a look online John at some of the yachting clothing sites.... I'm general they are much better quality than the fishing specific ones. Designed to be warm waterproof and good for movement. I've got a Musto pair and they are cracking.

Have a look in TK Maxx maybe? My lad got some for snowboarding a bit ago. Dunno how much but it won't have been a lot!

I know it's a bit more than what you want to pay but the musto br2 range are fantastic the br1 range is slightly cheaper
