Went to look at private beach at just on high water, lovely sea running.
Opted to have a look further up the bay, Started 2 hrs after high down to 1.5hrs on the flood.
Landed 7, lost 2 decent on retrieve through kelp.
3 codling taken, 1 small codling, 2 decent whiting and small flatly returned to fight another day.
Best cod around 4lb, 3.5lb and 3lb
Kept the young one busy with action, good night and sea died off quite a bit when departed.
Not many out, hope all had good & safe session
