Anyone recommend any decent fishing scales sick of buying tat would like some reliable and robust so I don't have to shell out for any more thanks
 
Had these 4 or 5 years now and never changed the battery.Very accurate when I have weighed my catch then took to weigh in on open scales

I can second them - had a set for a few years now and they've been very reliable - had a bit of fun when I'd lent them out & someone changed them to kilo's & I couldn't remember how to change them back to pounds & oz!

I have some you can use mate, they will be ideal, weight range 1oz to 14oz, I have no use for them anymore as I catch sod all these days!
 
Fox do some really good Digital Scales that will even do for Suitcases for Flight weights. Not cheap at all mind.
 
Might sound a bit daft but asda have kitchen appliance sale on, set of salter compact scales on offer for 10 notes reduced from 15, the good bit is that they have a 15 year parts guarantee. They weigh up to 11lb aswell.
