sea angler vs TSf

Don't ever remember running a feature on Amble coastguard rescue...or are you just selective on your choices...
Red5 - Rory, we must do a follow up...your services are well respected by me mate...

No probs mate, I will defend ANYONE I feel is being sniped at.
What are you doing October the 2nd?
I am helping to run an exercise, up this way which would be ideal for SA. Sadly no Helicopters involved at the moment, but at least one lifeboat and at least 5 teams of Coastguards.
Let me know!

all sounds good to me man ...steam fish / grill fish in batter /without breaded floured ...even raw....hmmm i think i will attemp mackerel sashimi this season .....i think anyway ...well if there is a recipe i will try it ...tried a pollack beer batter from sea angler before but the recipes arent too regular....

i buy sea angler every month and enjoy the read i like to see the different methods people use to catch fish and the marks section is a good read also

get a fresh caught mackerel no more than three hours old, fillet it, the skin side should look as good as when you first landed it,next get a couple of table spoons of butter in a bowl add some garlic [as much as you like] shot some lemon juice in, add some herbs any herbs you like, ie mint rosemary thyme or whatever, plus loads of blackpepper and a bit of salt mix it all up till the butter is smooth, now spread the spiced butter over the flesh side of the fillet, heat a non stick frying pan till it's quite hot then shot the macky fillets in flesh side down for about four mins turn over and do the same on the skin side till the skin turns crispy, the fish is done, and if you have tasted a better fish dish than this your a better man than me .
