The newbibbin lads tend to target cod more then other species where as looking at the amble club match results they weigh in more flatties, i've known a lot of the lads in both clubs for a lot of years now and have to say there all canny lads. Both clubs also fish some of the best areas on the north east coast from clean beaches to rough ground/heavy kelp something for everyone, hope this helps
