hi ladds dose any one know what the sea is like at the min?ive tryed all day to get on roker web cam but it just wont load up:mad2::mad2:

Try the web cam for tynemouth longsands or shields beach haven chalets that normaly good-not normaly bother with the one at roker it a good one

Ive just been on whitby sea anglers, one of there lads reckons its blowing 45mph northerly up there at 8pm. Its on route like, musthave hit traffic

If i wake up in the morning and its not blowing its tits off im not gonna be happy

Yeah,I was down Sunderland tonight,not fishing but it was blowing a good 7 at about 6.30pm gonna be a good sea on for w/e for sure.Could be a lot of marks unfishable.

Seems big to me, breaking on the banks opposite the tanks, thats normally a good indicator.

Bit too big for anywhere apart from cliffs or some low water marks. Flying over the piers so be careful wherever you go Paul

I have been down today and the sea is well away but i would say fishable if yuo can find a spot with little weed, loads chucked up at high tide so low water would be an option from the beaches...cold tonight as well so you never know may chuck up some nice fish.
