does anyone know if i can join this club online as everytime i go its closed and i work a lot so its difficult to get down, any help would be appreciated lads cheers.

No facility to join online mate.
The best time to catch someone in is between 10am and 12 noon Weekdays.
If you can't manage that then if you were to check out the Competition Fixtures and turn up on one of those dates (Sundays) I'm sure someone would be there to help you out. The Juniors have Competitions on Saturdays so you'll be in with a chance then as well. But as suggested give them a ring first.
You'll need a couple of Passport sized photographs.

Cheers

Seaham Sac are holding a question and answer session at their headquarters on Monday May 26th from 19:15. Jim Dobie, Alec Harvey and Bob Gascoigne will be answering the questions. There will be a small entry fee of £3 for seniors and £1.50 juniors there is a slide show and also a buffet. Im sure you would be able to join at this event but remember to take 2 passport photos aswell. Good club with comps all year round and they cater well for the juniors.
