seaham club boundaries

regarding the seaham club boundaries where is the southern limit for hawthorn hive and is hawthorn point (out of bounds) the cliffs to the north or south of this, i have looked on google earth and maps and cannot find out, is it the one named chordon point on the maps? i am a bit unsure as i have only fished as south as the blast beach

the southern boundry is the saddle back rock which is the large rock just south of hawthorn hive , hawthorn point is out of bounds. paint marks on the cliff blast side and hawthorn point side , in between out of bounds .
