Haven't fished it for a few weeks as it was fishing poor like everywhere else.
It can be a good whitey beach and you can get good days with codling aswell.
Baits to use are rag tipped with macky or squid and lug. Good luck

Was a canny day, rain kept away which is always good,
Caught 2 coaly's and 2 decent flounders which put a smile on my face. My mate a canny flounder too.
Baits used- lug tipped with macky and prawn's

Yer guy definately, was hoping for the codling to show as there was a nice swell on but think it was a new sea, so maybe a trip out mid week or weekend if the sea's still on

Gonna give Seaham North Pier a go this afternoon/night see if that gives anything up.
Will post report tomorrow.
