Seaham harbour update?

Is there anyone in the know that can give me reasonable update on Seaham harbour? Nothing seems to be changing even on a monthly basis. Emails Ive sent for information havent been returned.

They are busy putting lights and handrails all over the place m8,Heard they are coming to the end of phase 3,phase 4 to follow.Heard they are looking at end of July for finish and opening but don`t hold me on that .They might invent a phase 5 ,lol.
