anybody a member of the club at seaham does the pier fish well whats the best times to fish it is it in safe condition

im from seaham and also a member the peir is safe to fish from and in good condition and is undergoing reconstruction to dock areas then the peirs themselves
best times to fish vary on the sea state
i prefere to fish the flood and an hour of the ebb

It was £25.50 for last year and you get your key for the pier. Think the prices have changed for this year but not sure how the club are working it, kenny will tell you better. As for the safety side of things as soon as the dock company think its getting a bit naughty then they chain it off.
