just been wondering what was peoples best shad of 2010 i have only had 2 cod so far using shads so im thinking maybe the shads i have been using are better off in the bin lol
do you fish the twin tails the same as shads ritchie
observation onlynoticed any shad with any degree of orange in it did quite well too
.hazard a guess here that we are heading towards a pretty good guide as to which shads to use
keep em coming

The colour size and sytle???...all that matters is this

Anything with a decent action , the colour didn't matter as long as it had a seductive wiggle

Hello,
I like the 4 inch Storm shads especialy the blue ones, "herring" I think is the Storm colour description. They are now hard to get now though.
I did get some "Daiwa Megaforce Sonic" shads that seem very good with a very flexible tail like the Storm ones. I hope to give them a good try this year if i can manage a few boat trips.

Alright there, me thinks its Mr Skinners previous boat The Sarah, got some great memories from mid 80s onwards, witnessed some massive fish and catches over the years. Cant wait myself to get out, get this wind out the way and depending on shifts maybe a trip down Whitby to wet my appetite.
