our first full day out of the season couldnt have been better, a cracking day weather wise, 18 cod to 6lb between the four of us, we fished off the yellow can with a variety of hokkais rippers and lures, but it was the squid that done the business nice to meet norman off here and the great wallsendo who we know already, cant wait for the next trip.:red:

Yer well done, first trip is always a heart stopper for me after not being out or out in a while.

Souter and St Marrys canns has always done well in April from past records, hope its a sign of a good season, see you out there sometime.

hi m8 yes thats us on berth 36, we only got the boat last june when the weather turned crap so we didnt get out a lot, hoping for a good year coming up!! whats the name of yours?

Stingray Arvor 18, you cant miss it as it has orange fenders lol, its just only about 4 boats from yours past the two quicksilvers.

Been down the mariner today, checked the boat out and fitted the new fuel filter system. Check Slinky Kate,Angle and Shanka...all fine with the shocking strong winds, could not stand up walking along the pontoon.
