Shields Pier 20-12

[Budgie]

Fished the round end from 10am till 5pm with "The Whitburn Ghost" and about 6 other lads Dabs and a few canny whities landed by everyone (2 by me and returned). A saw a codling about 2lb from the top of the blocks about 11am then one of the lads had one bout pound half of the SE corner just before we wrapped up.
Bit gutted cause there was a lovely roll on, but the crack with the lads was mint throughout the day and learned a canny bit from them.

Hi mate,
I'm the lad who fished just past the blocks and think i spoke to you when you were heading past. Glad you had a bit sport, i only had 1 more (rockling) to go with the codling until my bait ran out.

oh i thats right we thought we were gonna murder them when you got that one second chuck, just goes to show eh
