Shields Pier and Beach 27/9/12

Set off for the pier about 10.30 this morning but decided to give the little haven beach a try as the tide was still some way out I caught 3 small flounders on rag then as the tide came up the beach it become impossible to fish as the water was full of weed and debris so went over to the pier and set up at the brigade hut after an hour I got a small whitey then just before packing up I had a double hit of whiteys one not a bad size and one smaller on bluey, I only got one photo of one of the flounders as two were very small and didn't get any pics on the pier as lots of people around, got home about 3.30 pm
