Hello Harry, meet "Newton".
He's 17 weeks old today and has me round the bend somdaysbut he's learning fast and I reckon me and him are gonna be good mates.
He's a "Sprocker" like Alan Charltons dog "Fergus".

Got loads of pics off today's shoot,what a great day we shot 28 mallard ducks
32 pheasants and 15 partridge... and 1 woody.....ha it wasn't me.
The beater's and the dog's never stopped working all day,we had cocker,springer's,labs,and a pointer.
The labs were great retrieving in the lake,but the spaniels were something else in the bracken and scrub,all birds were retrieved even runners.
The duck's are wild and high flyer's coming off the lake,I needed heavy shot something like 4s at 36g but I only used 6s@30g
I'll put some pics of the working dogs up when I can figure out this new phone..

of full rods,including new blanks,but i think you're gonna have a long wait
for a butt only.There's loads of zziplexs for sale on there,but like i say,just
full rods.I'll keep having a butchers,just in case.

Me dad uses a cocker he's 14year old he's retired him now like but still loves to. Few pics,
the kids did really well beating and picking up and enjoyed the work they put in.
Much better doing field work like this than sitting in bedroom looking into a computer playing daft games, or hanging about on street corners.
The bitch I thought was a pointer turned out to be a Weimaraner.lol
