Short session sunday night - finally!

Had a short session a blyth beach over high water last night 7 - 10pm. Got down there and thought its going to be far too heavy to hold bottom.
Anyway started fishing and it was ok.
about 3 casts later loads of slack line and this was the result..

About time also as even though this has been a cracking season for a lot of people its been the worst start I've had for a long time!

Best fish of my season so far - around the 6lb mark I reckon...long may it continue!!!

well done, just proves it is worth giving it a go when the sea looks too big. I will have to try that next time instead of running to the river mouths

well done, i fished a few spots on the beach on sunday night for our club comp, didnt get nowt, was all excited when i had a slack liner that ran up the beach, until i found out it was an asda bag.
gave up and fooked off early lol, worth another few chucks over the next few tides with this wind dropping ;D
