Does anyone know what you can get out of the Solway from Silloth?been up there for a weekend and spoke to a couple of guys who were fishing but they didnt let on what you get out of there,we sat in the sun for a hour and watched them,there rods were going like the clappers but they didnt fetch out in.I fancy going back but this time taking my fishing gear.

there have been some belting catches of flounder, one lad had 28 averaging a 1lb, and good bass best 11-8-0, and decent plaice to over 3lb.
