SL30SH problems

I have a SL30SH with the red breaks fitted and everything tightened down and I'm still getting over runs!
Any ideas?

Spool full but not overfilled, when I set up I like to hold the rod up then let the weight drop to the ground and the set up I like to start with is a couple of over run loops.

Put thicker oil in the bearings should slow it right down, make sure the float cap isn't too loose make it so there is tiny lateral movement on the spool
