gonna get new bearing's soon... was going to ring daiwa and get a quote but was wondering... when i was fixing up bikes you could pay £9-14 for seals(forks) or £2-3 from a bearing place.... is this the same for reel bearings?and technicall couldnt you get better bearings for the same price as the bearings from daiwa???? just a thought like

The last set i got where stainless steel bearings for the slosh 30shv cost me £9 from a bearing supplyer, i thought it was a bit pricy ??

did you shop around or just go to the first bearing place? i heard a bearing place at bede industrial estate was a good shop but i know of more shops so probally have a shop about... iknow theres one near tyne bridge that was recommended to me by a mate whos a mechanic.. he said he pays full wack including vat and still better priced than any motorcycle manufactures quoted (exVAT)

Get yourself on ebay and get some abec bearings.
