Went down shields small beach with my m8 as he has just purchased a new CCM rod, we intended to just practise with his rod and have a few chucks with his old bait he had off our matches,within 10 mins of bein they, their was 3 random lads started shoutn aload of abuse from about 300yrds away sayin tht he was going to put me m8s car window out, i was f*****g fumin gd job tht i have broke me thumb off fishing the other nyt and bite me tongue whilst he was shouting, i think that this is a disgrace , y shud u put up wif **** off sum random whilst only tryin out a new rod? this has really ****ed me off a wish a got me hands on him a wud of killed him onestly, any ways i hope no 1 else has experianced this coz it aint nice any reports thy ?:mad: :)
 
not like you to bite your tung ronnie, so does this mean your thumb is broke and you cant talk anymore as you must of bit it off!!
mite go fishing with you now as it will be nice and quiet now then lol!!

There should be a law that allows fisherman to take high powered sniper rifles on the beach so that you can take out numpties interfering with our modes of transport without having to leave the beach and wasting valuable fishing time,what do you think?:o
 
I'm more worried about the mindless chav's who launch fireworks at you around this time of year. Me and our Davey got bombarded at the big beach the other year and even the police weren't interested (would've been down in a shot if we had clouted the scroats though I bet)
 
i totally agree to you scaley shoot the f*****s!! ha ha if they through fireworks at is like a would of hit the roof and went for them and mr hague i am startin to mature in me old age now ha ha fancy fishing on thursday?
 
We were on the pier from about 6:30pm to 10pm and the super-geordies in their souped up paxo's and cursa's flying around and p*ssing about in the car park near the Groyne is bloody shocking! :mad:

I wouldn't care, on the way home, there was numerous traffic police cars parked in the car hand wash place opposite McNulty's, seemingly pulling in taxi's at random! :confused::rolleyes:

Funny you should say that mate because the police had pulled over three taxis near esso garage on newcastle road..... they had their carsm all stripped out very unusual :confused:

One of the lads that was shouting at you goes by the name of "Gaverick" on the worldseafishing forum. I was with a mate and he recognised him. We were walking past to have a look but ended going onto the pier instead.

Thanxs mate for the information they, this will be gettin sorted coz a shouldnt have too put up wif **** like this, a felt sorry for an old man who was about 500yards away from us 2 because he was fishing and on his own, obviously if he had been started on by these w*****s a would of stuck up for him, so this person is a fisherman himself then who is with the other 2 lads, just shows how immature he is, in my eyes hes not a real angler

I've been alerted to this by my mate Phil. I don't know if there is another member on WSF named Gaverick but I assure you it wasn't me shouting at you. I was down at Hartlepool fishing last night with my mate Phil and was no where near South Shields. I am registered on WSF with the name Gaverick but I've never posted on there before, I just read it. I'm sure that any of the members on here who have met me would verify that it's not at all in my nature to give people abuse randomly and I'm a very quiet person.

I will go and look on WSF to see if there is another member named Gaverick.
 
I feel i should also add to this as i was fishing with gary (gaverick) lastnight down on the heugh.

I agree that whoever this "angler" is should be ashamed as there is no need for such abuse- myself and gaverick rarely fish south shields due to past problems with local chavs, and we certainly would not partake in such activities.

i do know that gav is a member of wsf and it may be possible that his account has been hacked?!

i'm sure more will follow as the matter is resolved.

I don't think this is time for jokes mate if I'm honest. My reputation is at stake here through the post of a member claiming I've been abusing people.

Firstly I find it highly irresponsible that "morton23" would post such a thing without actually knowing the facts for definate.

Secondly I'm shocked that so many members have jumped on the bandwagon and take his word for granted considering he has only 6 posts on this forum whereas I have over 100 with no history of upsetting anybody, in fact I have met a lot of people on here and been nothing but polite to them.

Thommaz I hope you don't believe it was me shouting abuse at you. I'm sorry you had to put up with abuse off some lads but I can assure you it wasn't me nor would it ever be.

Also as anybody who knows me would tell you I'm a big car enthusiast and I would never dream of causing damage to another persons vehicle.

nah mate it was not gaverick i know him bought a rod off me,decent lad,sounds to me they were not fisher folk but dick heads.:o
