fished with me son from about 3pm till 9pm results for the two of us were 5 small codling(undersize) 2 crabs and 1 scorpion fish about 1lb+.all caught on rag tried with peeler but no fish.was a good session.no state of thge tide was better or worse.the scorpion fish was took about 2to3 hours of the incoming tide:red:

Scorpion was probs short spined variety. Dont get many of them round here. Any pics? Well done mate

That is a big scorpion fish. They feel like a bigger fish when they're coming in due to the drag on that huge gape. Well done mate.

That's a canny scorpion fish mate! Been ages since I have seen one anywhere near that size! Aren't they so pretty to look at.. :heartpump:
