It's films with our lass - she can't watch "Last of the Mohicans", "Gladiator" or "Sophies Choice" without blubbing uncontrollably (could be the hormones like?)
the music at the end of the hulk always sets me off brings back memories of being a kid you all know the one im on about when he is walking down the road at the end
2 many 2 mention or 2 cowardly to say
but the main was that allways sets me off is rod stewarts i am sailing
story is i wanted to join the navy when it wasnt long out and my mother was dead against it, i didnt get in so cried bucket fulls with sadness while my mother cried bucketfulls with joy
When I was a kid my Dad played an AWFUL lot of Sidney Devine, and 2 songs that always creased me were "Old Shep" and "Nobodys Child".You've probably all heard them by different artists.God,I'm blubbing already. :heartpump:
freebird: lynyrd skynyrd
patience:guns"n" roses
mama (afraid to say goodbye); lynyrd skynrd
four walls of raiford: lynyrd skynyrd
simple man: lynyrd skynyrd (have heard it live and the hairs stood up on the back of my neck)
everybody hurts:R.E.M.
johnny was: bob marley and then by stiff little fingers( emotional not blubbing)
i have heard many more that are tearfull but being in the business i am in it is probably just the cicumstances and the situation.
Hope this works as I've never copied you tube before. Blubbing as it goes. Suppose it works for Eileen as well, having lost her dad, although the "look in the mirror"! bit fails, I hope
