fished south/s pier lastnite from about 1.30am till 8am,no one was on pier till day break,had nout untill sun rise,few macky and whiteys and coaleys, dont no if it was just me and my mates but we were allways getting snagged up when bait fishing at nite time,might of been down to low tidy i never fished this pier before,we fished at top next to light-house

Flood tide pulls you in to snags at the end, your better off fishing the 42-44 on the flood IMO

About three quarters of the way up the pier before the pile of blocks, fish the seaward side, the numbers are marked on the wall and the ground.
