Fished tyne at spillars tuesday. 3.00pm to 7.00pm. nothin doing until tide change. Then lots small bites,missed one good un. about 6.00pm thought i was caught up on me mates gear total slack line reeled in to find nice cod about 2/3lb well chuffed as its 1st one this season. bait lug/mussel tip. they are there guess its the old saying right place right time.
