Can be a bit hard to find these, if you’re struggling and really want one - I'd recommend one of the Teflon spools as there lighter and also no need for backing.
Few places to get them but seamatchfishing is likely the cheapest and very quick
Think there's an article in this months Sea Angler,( page 46 ),with an address/Contact for them, (teflon )other than that, think ones on flea bay are asking around £25.00p each for the metal, both 14000, and 10000s.
