Alright all, fished with me mate at St Abbs this afternoon!!
Took the Kompressor to put the bait out and a couple of small spinning rods!
First fish was a small pollock on daylights, followed by another small pollock and another and another, until a 'decent' fish put me in the rough and i lost the lot (mental note take more than one more set of daylights!!). In the meantime my mate was also picking up small pollock float fishing rag, nothing on the spinner though!!
Switched over to fish the bottom and within two minutes id hit into a small codling and then another one, followed by a bigger one that put me into the kelp and i had to give it some line before finally fighting it through, decent fresh looking fish at aboout a pound and half and best little fight ive had in a while!! There was one coley amongst the codling aswell!!
Marcus was also into the codling on the Kompressor later in the day (think this was had him in the rocks though and he lost it!)
Bait of the day, barely on the deck five minutes!!!
Anyway, nothing massive, but great sport and awesome venue!
