stranraer area

hi all has anyone been lucky enough to have a trip over to the stranraer, mull of galloway area yet and did you get owt or nowt, i am going over that way fishing tommorow from the rock marks , i know it is still a bit early yet but it would be encouraging to know that the odd fish has been caught it is pollack i am especially interested in but keen to catch owt really. thanks dave

I know they\'re doing well from the boats mate with floated sand eels ,not sure about the rocks though.

the boats only float fish tight in under the cliffs anyway m8, so i would think they are at the rock marks.

i went to old house point in loch ryan in mid april coupla years ago
and was plagued by doggies and gurnards
