Hartlepool report as promised well we finally did get out on a new boat GORDON CUBBINS 9 of us fishing; loads of mackerel and whiting some kept for bait some for the pot and loads returned.
best cod of the day went to noel which was 16lbs
best ling of the day went to mark which was 13 1/4 lbs
other cod stuart 12 3/4 lb others between 4 + 5 lbs
6 ling over 10 lbs smallest of the rest 4 lbs
we did a full 12 hrs fishing rain - sun - hail - wind
not one threw up and 5 out of the 9 had never been out fishing before
all in all a superb weekend ;
many thanks to the skipper Gerry Horsefield and crew man noel
