hi all just getting back from sw Scotland went fishing 5 time in a week 2 rods not even a bite but nice weather its never being that bad before think ill wait a month or so be4 I take the boat over

SW Scotland is,and always has been relatively poor fishing before May.
The place is,in essence a summer venue,and considering the weather of
late,this is one of the last places that i would venture expecting sport,at
least until it warms up a bit.

I was up Easter weekend and blanked had a chat with a guy on a mark who had also blanked Easter sat and Sunday ! We love brighouse bay nice site ......

your lucky you went home when you did, was up at my caravan for the weekend, weather was lovely friday and saterday up till 4pm, it then got very windy, sea got huge and it rained none stop till i came home sunday teatime.

Forgot to add, Brighouse is a nice site, i had my tourer there for a while a few years ago.

Had a great new years eve party at Brighouse 2 years ago.

Got a static now at Auchenlarie, thats also a lovely site,

I its a nice place i was at auchenlarie last year few week nice place ive being going to Brighouse for year now with my tourer I just bought the static easter week end so be going over a lot more now hope the fishing picks up

when I stayed there I was fishing borgue area just the same as Brighouse pm the dates your going I might be there ill have a look out
