Is tapatalk a free app to put picks on the forum or does it cost

There is an initial cost to buy tapatalk, about £1.40 ish, and then it's free from then on.

you can get the photobucket app free and thats good as you can take pictures then upload them to your account then put them on nesa via your home computer! good if your a tight bugger like me ha!!
