Dont even know if what i want to do is possible, you know how you upload photos to photo bucket and can show them in your post (not just as a link), well i want to do that with a spread sheet! any ideas

Depending on the size of it you could take a screen shot of it (by pressing PrtSc) button on your keyboard and then go into Paint (Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint) and then pasting it there (Ctrl + V) and save it as a bmp or jpeg file that way you could upload the image of the spreadsheet, you might need to have a play around with the columsn to get them all on one screen.

thats how i do it at the moment, i was looking for an easier way

Ah, then you could move the spreadsheet to Google Docs and publish it to the web, that way you use code to show it in a forum post. There is a guide here

You can't post .xls files on this forum mate.

A pdf file would work, but your file is bigger than the maximum 19.5 KB size allowed on here.

19.5 KB seems a very low limit, maybe admin would consider raising it to 30 KB to solve the problem.
