there's not plenty down hartlepool mate flattie session to get back in the habit of catching a few fish haven't been up there in a while

nowt wrong with a bit of flatty bashing . had some really good flounders from clatchy rock or right underneath the a 19 bridge casting 2 thirds of the river length, some eels to be had comfy fishing too . isomes will work for flounders. more fun on light gear as well. i do favour a wessex 2 up one down size 2 hooks . semi circles can hep reduce deep hooking . all the best .
