Fished the shelf last night with me mate Ducky off here got there bout 7nice bit shelter from the wind, first cast ducky puts a full fresh black on casts out within 20 seconds his rods going mental after a short fight and reeling up the cliffa nice codling of just under three pounds a thought this is going to be a good night but it wasnt to be plenty off gud knocks but straight into snags last cast got a rockling left there at half nine went to mill dam were i caught 2 flattys a whity and a eel to save me blanking canny walm night roll on the weekend were off to scarborough sataday night baits used yellaz fresh black lugrazor nd rag

Aye your not wrong there a lost about 4 rigs off the belt it seemend to be alright iff you did a 50 yard cast to the left abit

Nice fish for the duck! If your fishing the shelf at shields you shoudn't be losing any gear, fish of the right hand side casting diagonally right!, off the front and round to the left is where the rocks are (and the fish going by your report)
