the beachs and the rock ends are all the go at the minute,look in the club results and it will keep you up to date were the fish are being caught,blyth beach hot shot last night. davy.

fished smiths dock friday with a couple of mates for six hours, no one had a bite, lesson learnt, dont fish the tyne after rain

I fished in the tyne monday -thursday abd was absolutely rubbish , fished at jarrow park , hebburn stone jety , north shields friday, saturday and sunday had several 1-2lb cod lots undersize , lot ov 1lb whiting , 3 flounder around 1lb mark , the odd coaley and small coil fish

I fished the ice house on thursday and had 3 size codling up to 1.5lb.and a size dab. Would have caught more but all the trawlers came in and spoilt it!
I have had quite a few fish from here on the flood on small tides (4.7 and below).
