tigers are here

Itried 65mile mark yesterday and never had any luck but everything was right for them, clear water, lots of jelly fish (sign) and lots of sprats.

Out Monday and Tue so hoping to have a few

Good good am out Mon,Tue Wed if the weather is correct (smooth-slight)

Seen Alan out Friday on a wreck.

It was t-shirt and short weather Friday at sea, hope it stays like this for a while and we dont have a repeat of 2007....i.e nice May June and shocking July n Aug.

Some big seals out at sea this year, 3rd trip in a row i have seen a massive seal when on a wreck.

Richie,

Don't waste your fuel chasing tigers, we'll be plagued with them soon enough.

Plenty good cod 3/4 mile from shore this morning.

You know me Keith i love them lol

I was going to hit the close in marks Friday but 2 of the wrecks had other boats on so just dropped anchor on sand bank.

Hope the sea stays ok for mon-tue-wed so can have a few hours out.

Prob be about 7.30-8ish Jason depending on how much that ENE wind effects the sea

Gotta admit Alan, they have more taste than kerd but they just rift back up on me.

Now give me a tasty bit of ling! yum yum!

none at ss pier the day loads of sand eels, but heard off a lad a know that the lads on the kyaks were pullin loads up either yesterday or the day, these past few hot calm days wil be startin to bring them in:) also few caught off ss pier yesterday

Well i am going to head out about 5-6miles off Sunderland Monday so may get a few for fresh bait (and Mr Charlton) If that east winds keeps low and the sea flat i have high hopes of reporting mackerel.

like a nice bit of ling myself, come to think of it not many fish I don't eat, but I do have preferences, think mackerel springs to mind.
