I try and either go to the gym or run every day (usually manage 6 out of 7) and the best thing about it is then you can eat junk without feeling so guilty!
I used to get berated regularly when working in california for smerking tabs, and especially for putting sugar in me coffee etc by a 22 stone behemoth who would guzzle a 2 litre bottle of diet coke with his lunch because it was healthier - his lunch was often an 18" dominoes special and a dozen dunkin donuts!!
he also thought eurpoean beer was all lame - yank beers 2-3% and titchy cans, took him a dozen cans of special brew back as a 'present'
