yeah just been on news saying hes been arrested for being drunk in control of the boat.

Apparently he was only arrested for that because he would not leave his boat and because of his head injury they wanted him off, but there is loads of stuff going round about the possible reasons of the collision. As for his injury he is fine but has had to have 30-40 stitches down his face
