Anyone got any good recipes for tuna steak ,I had it the other week with orange and spring onion .... getting a taste for it again.

Recipie for Tuna Steak -
Take one tuna (gutted, topped and tailed) and hold it on a chopping board like it\'s trying to swim and slice vertically downwards at intervals, larger the interval thicker the steak. Piece of pish.

funny enough steve i\'ve just been watching rex hunt and the guy who cooks on there was making a tuna and caper pata this is our lasses favourite part of the programe so i looked at his web site and hey presto http://www.rexhunt.com.au/recipes/

For fillets, hold it like it\'s done a (Droghba, Shearer [remove the elbows first], Robben, Patty Hearst, whatever) and slice in a horizontal manner. Use a knife of course, sharp tongues only cut soo deep. Anyone got a recipie for a nice piece of pish?

I\'m sure Clare\'s got a few good recipies up her her sleeve (Phheww!!) Marinated up a tattooed sleeve there\'s one for Heston Blummingthall to try.

Sory Clare as well obviously, I\'m sure your forearms are all lemongrass and Nam Plah (?) mine are on a marmite and english mustard tip at the moment.
As we\'re on a culinary thing I had to take a pish sample into the hotel de MRSA today before my impending nose job. Yes the only man in the world that needs a bigger one. The only jar ( ) Honest I could find was an empty jar of pickled walnuts, I filled it full of boiling water as I thought the original contents may have skewed the results a tad, gave it a good shake and sqooshed boiling water up me arm. Took it into work and when it was time to go it still reeked of those lovely pickled walnuts. Turned up and said I haven\'t got my sample but it\'s a bit of a long story. They didn\'t want to know but said \"No problem don\'t worry\" Why the eff did they ask in the first palce.

I\'ve already been on Rexs\' site and Ian Hewitsons own site ( nice of him to charge for it like ) thanks anyway lads , Sless I was talking about tuna steaks not tinned stuff like I normally eat .
I did get a recipe including pickled walnuts like .

To Pickle a Walnut Steve - Get some walnuts put them in pickling fluid and wrap the whole lot in a jar, waiit for a whole series of American Chopper then eat on toast with other stuff and things. Do not wee on them though, It\'ll make no differnece to the taste.
