Tyne at felling

Fished the tyne at friars goose last night 8-12.Used crab mussel and a few frozen blacks that were as old as the hills lol.Had codling from the start nowt big all around the pound mark.Was gonna stay till high tide but my hands were numb so give up the ghost.Highlight of the night was my daft idea to bike it from where i live near gosforth...never again!!! going there was ok coming back it was lashing down lol.the last 2 mile were a total killer.Still enjoyed the fishing though.Cheers.
